I acknowledge and agree that any research, analysis, experiment, or case study conducted using the KPG Platform, including KPG Run and KPG View, must be disclosed in a form that can be externally verified.
Acceptable forms of disclosure may include academic papers, theses or dissertations, conference presentation materials, research reports, technical documentation, public repositories, webpages, or other substantially similar forms. The published work must clearly state that the KPG Platform was used.
In principle, the results must be disclosed within six (6) months after the research results have been finalized. However, if the full results cannot be disclosed due to applicable law, research ethics requirements, privacy obligations, confidentiality obligations owed to third parties, or institutional policies, the user must disclose the maximum permissible portion, such as a summary, methodology, reproduction procedure, or a statement confirming the use of the KPG Platform, and notify the operator of the reason for the limited disclosure.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the published materials do not contain personal information, confidential data, trade secrets, or content that infringes the rights of any third party. Stating that the KPG Platform was used does not mean that the operator endorses or guarantees the research results, recognizes the user as a co-author, or officially recommends or supports the research results.
