πΊοΈ KPG Test System
A synthetic Korean power grid developed using open data sources to support decarbonization research.
Key Features:
- 193 buses with realistic spatial distribution
- 122 generators (Coal, LNG, Nuclear)
- 407 transmission lines across 5 regions
- 8760-hour profiles for demand and renewable generation
- MATPOWER-compatible format
β‘ KPG Run
A desktop application for solving various power system optimization problems with production-grade solvers.
Available Models:
- Economic Dispatch (ED) - Simple cost minimization
- Unit Commitment (UC) - Day-ahead scheduling with commitment decisions
- DC Optimal Power Flow (DC-OPF) - Linearized network-constrained dispatch
- AC Optimal Power Flow (AC-OPF) - Full AC power flow analysis
π KPG View
An interactive visualization tool for exploring power grid networks and simulation results.
Capabilities:
- Interactive map-based network visualization
- Real-time power flow animation
- Generation and load distribution analysis
- Filtering by voltage level, fuel type, and status
- Export and sharing capabilities
